In the scene where the young executive is being blown away by ED-209, you can clearly see his "exploding vest" when he's viewed from behind, with all the exploding caplets and fake blood pouches to simulate being shot.

Incidentally, the censors made this scene far more gruesome than the director intended; it originally went on for another 20-30 seconds (!),making it really over-the-top comical, but the censors cut it down, so it ended up as just brutal violence...oh, well... :)
