At about 1hr10 minutes when the Ewoks first see C3PO, watch his neck and you will see the neck "metal" bulge over the edge of his chest plate ... it looks a bit like a metal fabric "sock" over an actor's neck ... several times including when he says "I beg your pardon General Solo but that just wouldn't be proper".
