In the episode "Violet's Violet", the four guys are working on a go-cart with Mr. Stimpleton. As they are working, Sam emerges from under Mr. S' real car and says, "I flushed the radiator," but Sam was spotless. His hands showed no grease and there should have been some coolant somewhere around the car or on Sam.
