Throughout the movie, watch the teeth on the front of Frankenstein's car. The keep getting broken and then magically fixed. I wonder how many times they had to replace them!

One specific example of this occurs in the last leg of the race, when it is just Frankenstein and Joe left. (Section 22 on the DVD Menu.) Just after Joe lets out the oil slick, the cars head down a large bump and through some grass, etc. Immediately after, Frankenstein's car is missing some teeth. But when they show a closeup, the teeth are as beautiful as ever!
