It is in the episode when the girls are having a girls' day, and they rented some movies to watch, and the guys come by. The next day, they all come over. Then, when they are all yelling, you will see Sean walk out the door, but then when they shift the camera, Sean is standing right next to Cory again!!!
Actually, that's not what happens. Rachel tells Cory and Shawn to "get out". As they leave Topanga and Angela walk in, closing the door behind them. Then they show Rachel telling the girls what happened. You can hear the door open and close while she's talking to them. Then they show Cory and Shawn in the apartment. The problem here is that they should've shown them come back in because unless your paying attention to the sounds off camera, you kind of wonder "Hey, when did they come back in?"
