UPS (United Parcel Service) - Make Your Cod Payable To...Payable!?
Go into your local UPS(United Parcel Service) warehouse and look for a sign at the counter that says, "Cash no longer accepted for COD's." I've seen this in two different warehouses.
COD = "Cash On Delivery"

I have seen them referred to somewhere (wish I could remember) as "compensation on delivery" packages. I suppose COD would still be correct, even if they don't accept actual cash.
