In the episode where Nurse Kelly yells at Hawkeye for never paying her any attention, Hawkeye walks into the Officer's club in a tuxedo and sits at the bar. If you look behind him you will see Nurse Kelly sitting at the table. The shot then goes to her and she is just about to sit down at the table.
