In the scene of the second murder, where Sarah (actress of stab 3) dies, when she first enters the building, she calls out for the director "Roman," but if you listen carefully, you can hear her accidently say "Ronan" once. Its nothing major, but the crew (which knew of the mistake) forgot to fix it during editing.
