The scene where Tommy (DMX) is talking to these guys at a gambling table, and there is a lot of money on the table. Later in the scene, the table is flipped over, and there is money glued to the table as the money is knocked to the floor.
First of all, they are not at a gambling table. They are counting the money from their heist the night before. When Black stands up, he pours his Forty Oz. onto the table. The other guys pick the beer up, but Black keeps knocking it over. The money isn't glued to the table, it just sticks because the table is wet.
