Towards the end of the movie when Irene just left Charlie, and is driving home and gets stopped by the state police. While she is driving she is looking at a picture of Charlie and the kids with one hand on the wheel. Notice the background, the road that she just drove by, it has a rather long turn, but she never once turned the steering wheel. According to the movie the car followed the winding road without Irene ever turning the wheel.
