Omen, The - Allow Me to Remove That Cast Before I Kill You
Lee Remick's character is in the hospital, recovering from a fall precipitated by the Evil One. She is in a neck brace and has a full cast on her right arm. Mrs. Blaylock appears in her room and (presumably) pushes her out the window. Moments later, she is seen plummeting to her death, arms flailing, with neither the neck brace nor the arm cast in place.
What I like most about this scene is the way she falls right into an ambulance and then the back doors opens to show how she looks from the fall.

Yeah, and in the part where Jeremy thorn and that photographer are checking out the grave of Damien's REAL mother, the dogs chase them out, and when the photographer reaches the gates and gets bitten in the leg, you'll notice in the background in the bush nearby a bunch of men (possibly dog trainers) moving around and looking through the bushes.
