At the begining of the movie, a chicken named Edwin dies. During the rest of the movie, whenever there is a crowd of chickens, if you look you can see Edwin.
I also noticed an Edwina look-alike near the end of the movie when Ginger tells the fighting bunch of chickens to shut up. When the fighting mob stops, watch the top-left of the crowd and you'll see Edwina's head pop up out of the bunch quite clearly.
Me again :)
Jared, the dead-chicken's name is Edwina not Edwin.
Another sighting is when Rocky is introducing himself to the group after they found him. The chicken who faints after Rocky turns to her and says "Hi, how are you" is definitely Edwina: she's wearing a blue bandanna around her long neck, she has a long curved beak and has a bright-red crest...identical to what she looked like at the beginning of the movie when she was escaping with Ginger.
Bear in mind, ye nit-pickers, Edwina wore a green bandanna when she was picked to be axed, she only wore blue at the very beginning.

Well, I had to put up something here since I know a bit about clay-mation...Consider that in clay-mation, they're lucky to do about five seconds of film a day. Consider that the puppets are detailed and difficult to make. Why only use Edwina once? Maybe the animators of "Chicken Run" decided to reuse Edwina to save a sculptor from making more chickens.
