In the jungle scene when the water is being drained from the satellite, look closely (not that closely because it's pretty obvious) and you'll see the water clearly moving backwards as if they filmed the water coming out and then showed it in reverse.
They did film it filling up and reverse it. If they didn't, it would look like a bathtub draining, which is boring. The big spouts of water is from the pumps that forced the water up. It's a lot more exciting. If you ever watched specials about Bond you'd know that.
I realise it looks slightly more exciting. However, it also looks like it's not obeying the laws of physics, which makes it all slightly erroneous given that it takes place on Earth. If you'd watched anything in the world, ever, you'd realise that.
