Towards the end, Carter tries to use a harpoon gun filled with gunpowder to to blow up the shark. Carter is on the board walk trying to get an aim on the shark. Carter sees the head scientist in the water, and dives in after her (he left the gun on the boardwalk). The shark eats the head scientist then goes after Carter. Carter climbs a tower. At the top of the tower, there is the harpoon gun filled with gun powder. But wait! Carter dropped the gun on the board walk.
