You'll have to be more specific on what scene/shot this occurs, coz I watched the shades all through the movie and couldn't spot any cameraman at all.

In this scene the red pill is reflected in one side of Morpheus's glasses, and the blue pill in the other. Then later Neo is reflected on one side of Morpheus's glasses reaching for the red(or blue pill, i can't remember) but in the other half of Morpheus's glasses he is shown just looking at the other pill. It was hard for them to do this, to shown the theme of choice, and how you make your destiny. Just let it slide....
