On the April 2000 magazine, Nsync is on it. Yes there are wheels on the bottom. BUT I agree with Phillecia when she said that they are supposed to be there. I thought it looked cool with the wheels than them trying to make it look like Nsync really could walk in the air...you know? good catch spooky_spumpkin...you made me go through all of my magazines lol.
