In the scene where that hacker kid was searching for cars in the insurance data files he names off 5 cars using the names given by the old guy but the old guy didn't give the cars their names until later in the movie
Well, at the beginning of the movie, when Kip is stealing the Mercedes, that car is part of the 50 that Memphis must steal. So therefore, Toby would already know the names of the cars.
