Watch closely when Cipher is talking to A.Smith in the restaurant, when he is lighting the cigar it is in one hand, then a shot to Smith, then a split-second later, it is in the opposite hand...
I also noticed this slip up, when watching the film. If you look closely Cipher lights the cigar, then puts it in his other hand. Why he does this I don't know, but thats what he does.
There is another cigar slip-up in that scene. When Cypher picks up his cigar it is smoking then the camera goes to A.Smith then back to Cypher and Cypher lights the cigar.
