About half way through the advert, the little boy asks his mummy "Why are you making the flowers wet?". She replies "So they grow faster". So he decides to get the watering can and pour the water on his little sister's feet "so she can grow up fast and play with him properly". If you listen to the sound of the water hitting the floor, it sounds like it's hitting a tiled/concrete floor, and the next scene cuts to the mother mopping the water up off the carpet!
