The slip up in this case is the ever changing hair style, hair length and hair color of Lois Lane throughout the entire film. It goes from shorter and stringy to fuller and longer, from brown to black and more. It's most evident in the scene in which the Kryptonian villains raid The Daily Planet and throughout the Fortress of Solitude invasion near the end of the film. This has bugged me since I was a kid.
