When the Goonies are in the tunnel being chased by the Fratelli's, Mikey yells out 'Holy Mackenzie!' Mackenzie happens to be the real life brother of Sean Astin, who played Mikey.
Mickey does say holy mackenzie, along with data and his holy s-h-i-t

It wasn't a mistake - Data is actually who yells out, and what he yells ISN'T "Holy Mackenzie", but "Holy S-H-I-T". Jonathan Ke Quan spelled out the word because his parents wouldn't let him cuss in the movie. (This is discussed on the DVD)
