In the video to Gotham City (sound track of Batman and Robin[correct me if I am
wrong]) you see "New York Police Department." I am surprised they didn't edit
that out.

That was suppposed to be. Even though "Gotham " City is supposed to be fictious, It is a carbon copy of NYC. I am from NY and sometimes we are refered to as "Gotham City".
