When Dr. Gonzo is driving through the desert on the way to Vegas, at one point the camera is over the driver's side door. If you look at the shifter on the steering column it is all the way up, park in most vehicles. Now my car doesn't drive in 'park', but I guess they have cars like that in Hollywood.
