Rocky Horror Picture Show - Meatloaf's Motorcycle
Watch the scene where Eddie (Meatloaf) is singing Opportunity, Bless my Soul. While he is riding around on the motorcycle you can see his arms moving back and forth. I was told that this is because he was actually in a wheelchair, and was pushing it around the lab. I was also told that this is because he is deathly afraid of motorcycles in real life. I don't know how true that part is but you can see his arms moving.

It's "Hot Patootie" not "Opportunity."

Sorry about that. My brother yelled at me for calling it "Hot Patootie" so I put it in that way. I proved him wrong with the on-line script though.

First - Meat Loaf is not afraid of motor bikes. Second - He was pushed around on the bike because it was broken or something. I think that's it anyway, I think i read that in his autobiography.

Meat Loaf can't ride a motor bike. They rigged a wheelchair for him to scoot around the lab in. The shots where you see the bike moving, it's a stunt double. Says so on the soundtrack DVD and on the VH1 pop-up video of Hot Patooie

Cole writes:
The reason that Meatloaf used the wheelchair is that the ramp was too unsafe. Originally, he used the motorcycle, nearly falling off the ramp as well as nearly injuring several of the "Transies." The scenes that show the entire motorcycle are a stunt double. Meatloaf used the wheelchair rigged with handlebars and a camera to make closeups possible.
