Christmas Vacation - Trapped in the Attic?
In the scene where Clark is trapped in the attic and standing in the middle of the trusses, he falls through the ceiling. Now that there is a hole in the ceiling, he could easily escape, right?
But that's not all... notice how far he falls through the ceiling and onto the bunk bed in the room below. When they show his feet on the bed, you can see most of his legs. When they show him back in the attic, you can see his legs from the knees up. The bunk bed would have to be about a foot from the ceiling in order for that to happen.

I thought Clark did it down from the attic after he fell through the ceiling. I didn't think they showed him in the attic after that.

It's a movie if he escaped from the attic the the next 10 minutes of the movie wouldn't be funny.

the thing that bewilders me the most, is when he is watching the home movies, he is sitting on the door, his weight would have opened that door. i know he is on the door, because they open that door when everyone gets back from shopping, and he falls from the attic then.
