Near the beginning of the film, Valerie Solanis, the main character in the film I Shot Andy Warhol is handed a letter about corsages. She scribbles an expletive on the letter with a Magic Marker-type pen. A caption states that the scene was set in 1957, but Magic Markers were not invented until the 1960's.
