um, geez, maybe this person didn't notice that. anyways, it happened a lot in this episode. the point? it's a slip-up, and the most noticeable in "Otto for Sale"

In Rocket Power, there is always something funny in the background. In the episode with "Slammin' Sammy", in the background a whale gets abducted by aliens. There's an episode where a kid gets picked up by a kite, an episode where a killer whale goes down a water slide...the point is it isn't a slip-up, it is meant to be FUNNY. Even if it weren't meant to be funny, how do you know he never came down? Maybe he did when the camera cut to another shot!
