In the begining right after the Bonwit Tellers explosion, they cut to the police station, The inspector is barking out orders. Behind him the black lady detective is on the phone with Simon. She puts him on hold and goes to the inspector. She calls him Inspector Foe or Fro (something along those lines) He responds, but his name is actually Inspector Walter Cobb.

Also in the end credits they spell his name as Arthur Cobb......get it straight!
