In the beginning of the movie, when Pitt's character is a child and is escaping from the orphanage, he gets the keys from a little girl and kisses her. She is on the inside of the railing for the kiss, but then the dogs come out and magically she has moved to the outside of the railing to fall off. This all happens in seconds, and might not be noticed if you aren't looking for it.
