Did you ever think that the people in rows 1-7 got in line in front of him and therefore got to their seats first?

He was the only one waiting to board so no one should have been in the first seven rows which makes this a genuine slip up.

The people in rows 1-7 couldn't have gotten on before him if they were loading the rows 8 and up and she wouldn't let him get on so how could the other people have gotten on before him.

Actually, apparently Greg (Ben Stiller) is late for boarding the plane because when he goes to the desk and she says "We're only boarding rows 9 and up now", he has to wait. Then she says, "We are now boarding all rows". Therefore she had already said "rows 1-7" but he wasn't there.

When the flight attendant says 'rows 9 and up' she means the rows that come after the number 9...10, 11, 12, 13 and so on.

The entire waiting area is COMPLETELY EMPTY. No one could have possibly gotten in line in front of him since he was the only one there.

How about the fact that its one of those flights when the plane is almost empty!Just because there was no one else waiting to board for rows 1-8 doesn't mean a thing. I've been on flights where I'm the only one for rows and rows. He was obviously the only one flying in those rows.

Everyone got on before him, because he got there late. There's people in front of him and behind him, and they probably got on first, because they don't call rows 9 and up first, they call 1-8

Couldn't the other people have had pre-boarding priveleges? Or, perhaps it was a connecting flight from somewhere else, in which case there would already be people aboard. Then again, it could just be a slip-up, but there are plausible explanations, I think.

Well, if you've ever boarded an airplane you'd know that the plane is boarded from back to front not front to back. I would know I fly quite frequently...So, it is not possible that rows 1-7 had been called before he got there because the lady was calling rows 9 and up. It was a slip-up.

first off, they board from the back of the plane to the front. Not vice-versa. Second of all his name is Gay Focker! That's just so focking hilarious! heh heh

Hello? Yes this was a stupid slip up. Because there was basically no one in the sirport, they may have boarded the wrong way. and if they had, 7 comes before 9 genius! Smart one.
