Buffy: The Vampire Slayer - Name Tag
For the first half hour or so, Oz has a name tag on that says "Hello My Name Is GOD" on the left side of his jacket. But later when he's turning into a werewolf and he's sitting in the bathtub, the tag is on the right side.
