I have to give credit to Chris Minto for this one:

At the end of the movie, after the Indians win the final game and Jake (Tom Beringer)looks into the stands and sees (Renee Russo) take off her ring, watch closely. As the fans pour out onto the field, notice a fat guy who comes out of the stands in a white t-shirt. Then the frame jumps to Jake but goes back to a view of the stands again. If you watch closely, the fat guy comes out of the stands again.
