Go to the end where Sidney finds out who the killer is. Watch until the killer steps in front of the projection screen and says, "It's time you came to terms with me and with mother." If you look closely at the eye slit on your right side, you can see the killer's eye through the fabric.
That's not a slip up! I've got a Scream mask and it's very thin material. And it doesn't matter if the victims see his eyes because they usually die anyway, and even the ones that don't die, don't manage to recognize his eyes! :-p
