When they are undressing Janet and Brad in the castle, Brads shirt is already unbuttoned. They then shift the camera away, then when they show brad and janet again, they are unbuttoning his shirt, again.

The slip-up is that when they pull his jumper off at 27:16 (on the DVD), his shirt is already undone.
They had to film that scene several times (outtakes are shown on the DVD), and so they probably had him re-dress to refilm one shot, but he couldn't be arsed to do up the shirt. Need a quick eye for it.
Yes I saw that slip-up with my two eyes. Maybe before they filmed that scene
I think Brad unbuttoned his shirt under his vest before he was undressed by
Magenta. Also after that scene was filmed several times watch Magenta throw
Brads vest twice to Columbia.
