Jaws - Sneaker for a Dead Man.
Perhaps one-third into the movie, a young man in a very small boat rows over near some young kids and tries to tell them how to tie a knot. The shark soon appears and knocks over both boats. Watch closely and you will see that the young man is barefoot when he falls out of the boat. But after the shark bites him, his leg sinks to the bottom with a sneaker on it.

I would like to add a couple of things to the slip-up described above which I had submitted. First of all, I wrote that he was a "young man" but actually he looks to be about 35-40 years old because of the hair color. Also, to help you locate the above slip-up, it occurs almost immediately after the "cardboard fin" incident. To see the bare feet, it's best to have a four-head VCR and a slow motion feature.

And just as a side note, the man who's killed is the swimming instructor from the begining of the film. He's rowing next to the kids swimming in the bay, in the same boat, after the girl's body is found and Brody is going out to find them and get them out of the water. He's supposed to be a swimming instructor/ scout leader, I suppose.
