In an episode dealing with a judge threatening a kidnapping, they stated the date as Sept. 30th just before a scene in Central Park. Well, firstly, they were wearing really heavy outer clothing, and Central Park had icy slushy snow all over the ground,and the background had bare trees. Even if there had been a freak sort of snow storm in that time of year the trees would never be bare, especially in NYC.
