1:46:41 minutes. As neo lands the cable drops behind him and would continue to wrap around him to the right. In the next second the cable is gathered to his right neatly.
After Neo lands, the rope is still coming down slowly (we're in slow mo). He graps the rope with his right hand and tosses it behind him. We cut to the helicopter, slowly falling. We cut back to Neo, with the rope still on his right, now laid on the rooftop. It is turned back and forth, like a snake.
It doesn't look to me like it was readjusted.
Also, since the helicopter passed over him already, the rope wouldn't be piling up behind him, but would be in front of him. Perhaps that itself is a slip-up?
