Robin Hood: Prince of Thieves - Another Miraculous Healing!
Fanny Little is one amazing woman! She undergoes a traumatic birth which involves an episiotomy, and then a couple of frames later she's riding horses and pitching in to help the men in their plan against the king? I know this is the age of feminism, but come on!

There have been real life situations where women have given birth, then handed the baby off to go fight in a battle. There were several famous reports of that happening during WW2 in the Russian army.

That's true- I just don't know how happy I'd be to be out and about riding horses n stuff if I'd had a knife... there. Ouch.

I think she'd be able to do it. First, life in those days was pretty rough. To survive at all, let alone have that many kids, you had to be tough to begin with. Second, though Fannie would be in pain, people have done harder things when thier lives (or the lives of those they cared about) depended on it. That's one of the advantages of the fight-or-flight response.
