Ok so season 1 episode 9 (throw away) the whole premise of this episode is Lem shooting an unarmed man, but at 4:34 in the show a guy named chako who was just holding a carton of cigarettes is clearly for at least a few frames holding a real gun you get both a profile and a straight on shot of it with trigger guard and all. At first I thought maybe the garden hose gun but after a few playback, NO WAY. No reason to have done this and makes no sense but no way it a carton of cigs.
