I noticed this before when I saw the movie Suspicion on TV. I thought maybe I missheard. But then a couple of people I know mentioned it to me so I thought must be what I heard. In the movie Joan Fontaine's name is suppose to be Meena which is mentioned a couple of times. But her mother in one scene calls her Lena. It sort of changes a couple of times during the movie.
