Back To The Future - Haircut changing
When Marty arrived at the mansion in 1955, Doc had long hair. When they both visited school the next day, it can be seen clearly under the hat that Doc was wearing that he had short cut hair at the back of his neck. After that, Doc again had long hair for the rest of the movie.

Wow, I always said that it's great you put this one up, and Judi's adding a pic. It's so convenient to have a visual aid. Maybe it's because they shot those scenes first, you'll notice Marty's haircut changes a bit also, but it's not as noticeable as Doc's.
