Season 2, in the episode "Orpheus 3.3"

Hansen is in a convenience store when it is being robbed. Amy (Hansen's girlfriend) comes up behind Hansen and the gunman, juggling various items in her hands. The sequence of events is as follows:

Amy says "Tom" then drops a bottle, which smashes to the floor. Hansen & the gunman turn & Hansen says "Amy!" The gunman then shoots Amy and Hansen yells "No!"

However, when Hansen is later reviewing the security tape of the incident, the sequence is:

Hansen turns & says "Amy!" Amy responds with "Tom" then drops the bottle. The gunman then turns & fires. Hansen yells "No!"
