In the episode where the new neighbors move into the Saski's house, it's also the episode where Arthur make Spence let him on the subway for free. In the episode, Carrie wants to impress the new neighbors, but everytime Doug and Carrie fight there's a window open and the neighbors hear them. Towards the end of the episode, Doug walks into Carrie's office and hears her talking about him through the open window. He runs to the window and yells, "I CAN HEAR YOU!" Problem is the Saski's house is on the side where the bedroom is, Carrie's office faces Lou Ferrigno's house.
