ICarly - Posse Comitatus
In the iCarly episode "iRue the Day," Colonel Morgan of the U.S. Air Force arrests Nevel in his home with a full team of airmen, citing the Internet Security Act of 1983 (which was created in 1992, not 1983, a blooper in itself).
Doing this is a direct violation of the Posse Comitatus Act, passed in 1878, which strictly prohibits any of the armed forces (with the exception of the Coast Guard and National Guard/State Defense Forces) from exercising any law enforcement powers.
This is what the police are for.

They don't actually arrest him. They just tell him that they are going to arrest him to scare him so that he will leave Carly alone.
