When Spider Man first encounters the Green Goblin at the parade, the Green Goblin falls down and beats up some policemen after saying "I surrender!". Spider man throws a punch, and the Goblin stops it and says "Impressive!"

If you look through the black mouth piece on the mask, you can clearly see that when "Impressive" is said, the lips aren't moving, signaling a voiceover. That's not very impressive.
