if you know this film you know the helicopter zombie decapitation scene. if not its when they get to the small airport about 15 minutes into the film, when roger is fuelling up the helicopter.

when the zombie falls down after his head gets hit by the blades you can clearly see the pumps tom savini and his team were using, these pumps are sticking out of the zombies legs, they come out of the back of his jeans legs.

I love this film and these slipups just make me like it even more. i was watching the commentary on blu ray which made me look closer as Tom Savini described how they were hiding behind the boxes with the pumps.
