Mythbusters - You Can't Say That!
In the episode titled "End With a Bang", where the group is testing idioms, Adam & Jamie are testing whether a person can polish a piece of poop. At the beginning of the episode, they're going over the words they can and can't use. Jamie tries to say "crap" but is bleeped out, and Adam says that's a word they can't use.
About 43 minutes into the episode, Jamie is working with the "durodango" (I'm not sure how to spell it) technique and talks about what the viewers might be thinking about what he's doing. He says we might think it's "a load of crap"... He just said "crap" and wasn't bleeped out when he couldn't say it earlier!

Here's the (stupid) thing about TV censorship: Some words, like "f-ck" and "sh-t" are always prohibited & therefore always bleeped. But some other words are only prohibited in certain contexts. For example, it's perfectly acceptable to say the word "god" on TV, unless it is followed by the word "damn" (in which case, "god" is bleeped out, but "damn" isn't). Here, using the word 'crap" by itself as a substitute for "poop" is considered by Big Brother to be offensive & therefore must be bleeped. But using the phrase "bunch of crap" to mean "it's bogus" is acceptable. So, this isn't really a slipup.
