When the kids are getting out of gym in the middle of the movie, the coach asks the kid (can;t remember his name.) to take a shower. Soon after 'It' appears and right before he shows his teeth, he bends down to put the FAKE teeth in. You can see the fake teeth in his hand if you look close enough.
