In the scene where Sam is running down some stairs after his breakdown in class, he is carrying books and drops them. Theres a lady at the top of the stairs in a black skirt who is starting to walk down the stairs and gets a couple of steps down. It goes to another scene then back to Sam and the lady is at the top again.
