Terminator 2: Judgement Day - What's Wrong with Your Eyes?
Just after the Terminator, John, and Sarah escape from the hospital in the police car, the Terminator sees John crying and asks, "What's wrong with your eyes?" Just a little while later they break into the gas station to hide. While there, the Terminator stitches up the wound on Sarah's back and makes the comment, "I have detailed files on the human anatomy." If the Terminator had detailed files on the human anatomy, wouldn't he know what human tear ducts were and their purpose. Even though the crying comment was needed to set up a scene at the end of the movie, it still seems funny that this state of the art cyborg doesn't know what crying is.

The Terminator has detailed files on human anatomy (as the poster has pointed out), but little (if any) knowledge of human emotions, and as such is unaware of the concept of 'crying'. The terminator is aware that John's eyes are producing tears, but is unable to rationalize a reason for this, and is therefore asking John with a (very) fumbled question. Terminators, for all their technology, are not the most articulate of beings, and if the context of the question is taken into account, it becomes difficult to justify this as a genuine slip-up.
